1) Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online store of BIOHACKMANs GmbH.

These Terms apply to all orders placed by consumers via our website.

Different customer terms do not apply unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2) Contract Partner

The purchase contract is concluded with:

3) Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By clicking “Buy Now”, the customer submits a binding order.

The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods. 

4) Prices

All prices shown include statutory German VAT (MwSt.) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

5) Payment

We accept secure payment methods such as:

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • instant bank transfer

Payment is due immediately upon order completion.

6) Delivery

Delivery times and shipping conditions are governed by our separate Shipping Policy.

If products are temporarily unavailable, we may inform the customer and partially fulfill the order.

7) Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9) Proper Use

Customers must follow:

  • age restrictions

  • warning labels

We are not liable for misuse, overdose, or use contrary to instructions.

10) Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of:

  • gross negligence

  • personal injury

  • product liability law

For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages required for contract performance.

This is standard and important for German AGB fairness rules. 

11) Intellectual Property

  • product descriptions

  • brand visuals

  • formula naming

  • educational content

  • blog articles

remains the intellectual property of BIOHACKMANs GmbH.

12) Applicable Law

German law applies.

For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
