Shipping Policy
1) Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays in Germany are processed on the next business day.
2) Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:

International: 5–14 business days
Delivery times may vary during holidays, product launches, or due to customs processing.
3) Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size.

All costs are shown before checkout completion.

Tracking details are sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
5) Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, delivery delays or additional shipping costs may occur.
6) Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7) Split Shipments
If part of your order is temporarily unavailable, we may ship items separately at no additional cost.
8) Customs & International Orders
For non-EU orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
9) Delivery Restrictions
We currently ship only to selected countries where our food supplements comply with local regulations.
Orders to unsupported regions may be cancelled and refunded.
This is especially important for supplement products, as country-specific import restrictions may apply.
